Your guide to this year's reunion will be Dan, who unfortunately couldn't make it, so sent along a stand-in for himself, namely several sheets of cardboard with his picture on them and an appropriate caption for various parts of the day. Here, Tore is currently being 'Dan'.
Not long after we all arrived and greeted old friends from the summer, someone organised a large and potentially violent game of indoor hockey. Fortunately no injuries were sustained, and all of the hockey sticks were returned peacefully afterwards. Hurrah for good old fashioned exercise.
After the hockey, 'Dan' takes a few minutes to meet some people from the other cruises, and talk about the summer. They in turn asked carefully why anyone would walk around with a cardboard portrait hanging from their collar.
After lunch, a quick car journey across London leads to an afternoon of bowling. Dan does surprisingly well for a sheet of cardboard, being passed around between the better players.
This photo pretty much speaks for itself, although it's worth pointing out that Luke is now 'Dan', accompanied by John and Chris. Ah, self reproducing photographic humour..
After the bowling it's on to McDonald's, where Dan tucks into a McNotQuiteAsAdvertisedMcBurger, ably assisted by Vicki.
Back at the church, and it's Laura's turn to be 'Dan'. Logs and shanties provides an excellent opportunity for everyone to prove that yes, they're just as bonkers off camp as on.
Finally, Laura, Sarah and Tore line up for a last bout of silliness before running off to catch their trains. Until next time, my friends...
